Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I make contact with you? Please call or send me an email. I like to connect individually with each person prior to scheduling. I can learn more about your situation, why you are seeking my help, and we can discuss the treatment approach. If you have questions about insurance or payment, we can also discuss on this phone call. We will schedule the first assessment visit at this time. Please don’t hesitate to call or send me an email if you have any questions that weren’t answered here!
-
What are your fees?Initial evaluation(including treatment). $195 Follow up sessions (typically 50-60 minutes). $155 Additional 15 minute increments will be billed at $35 per unit when agreed upon prior to the start of the visit.
-
Can you visit me at home?If you or a friend or family member cannot leave your house for physical therapy, or for some reason we determine together that a home visit or regular home PT is warranted, we can discuss this option. My schedule and where you are located will determine if this is feasible.

Where are you located?Conveniently located in Coolidge Corner, Brookline. A lovely area with shops and restaurants. Easily accessible by public transportation (MBTA bus route 66 and C Train on the Green Line) Plenty of metered parking nearby. My suite is on a second floor, and sadly there is no elevator. If stairs present a barrier for you, I may be able to come to your home for PT visits. This is on a case-by-case basis, so don’t hesitate to ask.

What can I expect from my first session?I will do an assessment and evaluation as well as some treatment. Typically, these appointments last 60-75 minutes. We will have had a phone conversation prior to scheduling so that I will learn a bit more about you and why you are coming to see me. You will have a chance to learn about my practice and ask any questions during the phone consultation.

Do you work with insurance providers?I AM AN “IN NETWORK “ PROVIDER FOR THE FOLLOWING INSURERS: Brigham/MGH (previously known as “Allways”) Unicare Mass Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA There are many variations within each plan, so we would need to check your eligibility before we start, to assure you understand what your financial obligation will be. You may have a co-pay or deductible. Once you decide to schedule with me, I will help you figure out your insurance coverage for the PT visits. OTHER INSURERS: I am considered “out of network” with many insurers, which means they MAY reimburse you fully or partially for payment made directly to me. I am happy to provide you with my practice information, diagnosis and treatment codes which your insurer may ask for in order to determine your coverage.
